Award Secretariat
The Secretariat of Iran National Quality Award is
located in the Office of Quality Assessment, Iran National Standard
Organization, and the deputy of the quality assessment chairs it.
Duties of Award Secretariat
-Providing the prerequisites and requirements related to the assessment
process of the applicants
-Providing the conditions and requirements associated with the training of
assessors, consultants, and applicants to participate in the assessment
process
-Development and promotion of the award in the country and the Islamic
world
-Updating the information of assessors and trainers in the relevant
databases
-Insert
information, news, and events related to the award
-Publishing the regulations and official documents related to the prize
-Making
the necessary arrangements to hold the award policymaking council and
technical committee meetings
-Registration
of applicant based on guidelines
-Summarizing the results of the national
quality assessment process and presenting a comprehensive annual report
-Obtaining the final report of the
performed executives bodies assessment and sending it to the technical
committee for review
-Reviewing the documents of the applicants for award executive management and its
effectiveness based on the latest edition of the instruction
"Eligibility of the award executive management" and presenting
it to the secretary of the technical committee
-Monitoring the assessment processes of
the quality award secretariat of executive bodies
-Giving the final report of the performed
evaluations to the technical committee
-Monitoring the performance of the award
executive management and providing a feedback report to the secretary of
the technical committee
-Monitoring the national quality
assessment process at the national and institutional level;
-Monitoring the assessment plans for
assessing the introduced units
-Summarize the solutions proposed by the
specialized working groups and present them to the technical committee
secretary
-Examining the qualification and issuing a
license for applicants to hold any conference, symposium (seminar), and
similar titles with the topic of quality and standard in the country based
on the relevant procedures
-Preparing and compiling the plan for
reforming the process and framework of awarding national statues in the
country in all related areas
-Monitoring all the financial affairs of
the award and presenting financial statements to the technical committee
and the policymaking council
-Requesting the latest list of polluting
units from the Environmental Protection Organization to present to the
technical committee
-Carrying out
activities related to the closing conference of the National Quality Award.
